We are incredibly proud of the fact we offer Panathlon as an additional P.E. session for our SEND pupils across all year groups at Roman Hill.
Panathlon is a national charity which gives young people with disabilities and special educational needs every year the opportunity to take part in competitive sport. The sport and activities are designed to be skill-based, developing skills as the pupils progress, alongside developing confidence, self-belief and self-esteem in every individual who participates. It includes a range of competitive sports including: parachute popcorn, polybat, precision bean bag, new age kurling, boccia blast, flight path, skittles, slam dunk, Messi football skills and table cricket.
In 2022-2023, Roman Hill competed across Suffolk and we were delighted to be awarded second place, coming away as silver medalists!
