Attendance

At Roman Hill we aspire for all our children to reach the Government's 96% target for their attendance. We routinely celebrate attendance within school and share our figures every newsletter for our parents and community.

Our new Everyday Counts initiative enters all children who have attended school everyday and on time into a special prize draw each week. On Friday winners are selected at random and awarded golden tickets. On the following Monday, winning ticket holders will be able to redeem their ticket and choose a prize from the attendance treasure chest! You have to be in it to win it and if you haven't won this time, next time it could be you! 

We also have our top attendance awards in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

Every Friday, The Attendance Team will congratulate the winning classes (one in KS1 and one in KS2) and they will win the coveted attendance trophy to keep in their classroom as well as being able to spin the "Wheel of Wonder".

Class rewards will always be communicated to parents via Parentmail.

We will also be having a House attendance award where the winning house with the top attendance for each term will win a prize!

There are lots of opportunities for all children to win this year with top attendance!
