Protocol for non-collection
It is essential that children are collected on time. Any children who have not been collected promptly will be placed into after-school club at a cost to the parent.
School staff will make contact with any telephone number that has been attached to the child's profile. Should no one respond, a call to Social Care will be made, in line with the Local Authority expectations.
